Ketentuan Penggunaan
Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk aplikasi Tale Stories (com.talestories.app) dan Premium
yang dibeli di talestories.app. Tale Stories dibuat oleh R-01.devs.
1. Memakai Tale Stories
Anda boleh memakai aplikasi beserta cerita, gambar, dan rekamannya untuk keperluan membaca keluarga Anda sendiri. Anda tidak boleh menyalin, menjual, atau membagikannya di luar aplikasi.
2. Premium di aplikasi
Versi ini tidak menjual apa pun di dalam aplikasi. Jika nanti ada, Premium di aplikasi adalah langganan yang diperpanjang otomatis, dijual dan ditagih oleh Google Play, kecuali dibatalkan paling lambat 24 jam sebelum periodenya berakhir. Anda mengatur, membatalkan, dan meminta pengembalian dana di akun Google Play Anda, menurut ketentuan Google.
3. Premium yang dibeli di situs web
Premium yang dibeli di talestories.app dibayar sekali lewat DOKU dan berlaku selama periode yang Anda pilih (1 bulan atau 1 tahun), tanpa perpanjangan otomatis. Membeli lagi menambah waktu di akhir periode Anda. Premium ini terhubung ke akun Tale Stories Anda (alamat email Anda), dan dipakai dengan masuk di aplikasi. Jika ada masalah pembayaran, tulis kepada kami. Pengembalian dana diberikan jika diwajibkan hukum.
4. Akun Anda
Jaga akses ke alamat email Anda: dengan itulah Anda masuk. Anda bisa menghapus akun kapan saja di aplikasi atau di situs web. Sisa waktu Premium pada akun yang dihapus akan hilang.
5. Perubahan
Kami menambah dan memperbaiki cerita dari waktu ke waktu. Kami bisa mengubah ketentuan ini; jika begitu, kami memperbarui halaman ini dan tanggalnya. Tidak ada dalam ketentuan ini yang membatasi hak Anda menurut hukum perlindungan konsumen di negara Anda.

These terms apply to the Tale Stories app (com.talestories.app) and to Premium bought
on talestories.app. Tale Stories is made by R-01.devs.
1. Using Tale Stories
You may use the app and its stories, pictures and recordings for your family's own reading. You may not copy, sell or share them outside the app.
2. Premium in the app
This version sells nothing in the app. If it does later, Premium in the app is an auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed by Google Play, which renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage, cancel and ask for refunds in your Google Play account, under Google's terms.
3. Premium bought on the website
Premium bought on talestories.app is paid once through DOKU and lasts for the period you choose (1 month or 1 year). It does not renew by itself. Buying again adds time to the end of your current period. It is linked to your Tale Stories account (your email address), and you use it by signing in to the app. If something goes wrong with a payment, write to us. Refunds are given where the law requires.
4. Your account
Keep access to your email address: it is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website. Premium time left on a deleted account is lost.
5. Changes
We add and improve stories over time. We may change these terms; if we do, we update this page and its date. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
